The “Rockin’ Mama Giveaway” was my first giveaway on my blog and it was so much fun! We had three fabulous winners. The Grand Prize winner was Courtney Froman! Courtney had an overwhelming response to her nomination by her friends and family. Last weekend she got her hair and make up done by Headlines Studio and we had a great photo shoot! She is a beautiful mom and LOVES her baby girl. Hartleigh was born with a heart defect where only half her heart was functioning when she was born. She has already had one open heart surgery and will have another one at the end of May. She is the most beautiful baby and her parents are truly an inspiration! What a beautiful family!!! Happy Mother’s Day to Courtney and to all the Rockin’ Mama’s out here!!

For my first Giveaway I wanted to do something really special. Mother’s Day is fast approaching and I wanted to do something to honor mothers.

{The prizes}

1. Grand prize.  A 2 hour photo shoot with Suzanne Carey Photography. Winner will choose her top 10 favorites from our session and I will deliver high resolution images on disc with print release. To get her ready for the shoot Danielle Hartfield, who is co-owner of Headlines Studio,  is providing color, cut & style for the session! Total value for grand prize, $625.00!

2. Second prize.  A beautiful and unique creation from Angel Pie Thumbprints & Clay Jewelry. Stacey Voss is a local artist known for her unique thumbprint jewelry. 3. Third prize. Blooms has been in the area for many years and offers unique gifts as well as providing the most beautiful florals you have ever seen! Located in the historic Bakery Building in Downtown Hattiesburg, Blooms is offering our lucky third prize winner a $20.00 gift certificate as well as a complementary Trapp votive.

{How to enter}

This giveaway is based on nominations! So think hard and nominate your favorite mom who deserves to be treated!

1. To send in a nomination, you can email me directly at suzanne@suzannecarey.com or you can write on my Facebook wall.  
2. Enter the first and last name of the person you wish to nominate and one sentence stating why they should win the giveaway.

NOMINATIONS WILL BEGIN MONDAY MARCH 28TH WILL END APRIL 3RD AT MIDNIGHT.

 After the nominations ends on April 3rd at midnight, let the voting begin!!! Each name that was entered will be listed on my blog and the voting will begin for your nomination. VOTING WILL END APRIL 10TH AT MIDNIGHT.

2. To get as many votes as you can, plaster it all over your Wall on Facebook and ask your friends to vote for your nomination.

Out of over 2,000 entries, one of my enagement pictures of Meghan & Tim was in the top 20 chosen for the Minted Save the Date Contest! Whoo hoo! Because Meghan & Tim are one of the winners, they receive a 200.00 credit to the Minted website.
